Welcome to AmgenNow™

AmgenNow is a program that makes certain Amgen medicines available directly to patients at a discounted monthly price. This program may benefit patients who are uninsured, in high-deductible health plans, or prefer to pay with cash or out of pocket.

• The AmgenNow program and patient discount coupon are open to all US patients with a valid qualifying prescription for certain Amgen medicines, including those who are uninsured or in high-deductible health plans or prefer to pay with cash or out of pocket. The Amgen medicines that can be accessed through the AmgenNow program are Aimovig, Amjevita by Amgen, and Repatha.
• This option will be available to all patients regardless of their insurance status, including those who participate in government programs such as Medicare and Medicaid.
• Prior authorization and step therapy is not required if a patient utilizes the discount coupon with a valid qualifying prescription.
• To participate in this program, patients must agree that they are not using commercial or government insurance to obtain their medication and will not attempt to claim or submit any costs associated with their prescription to their insurer. For patients enrolled in Medicare 
Part D, a Medicare Advantage prescription drug plan, or any other federal or state healthcare program (collectively, "government insurance"), patients must also agree to: 1) not seek reimbursement from their insurance for their out-of-pocket costs; 2) not to count the cost of their prescription toward their deductible or true out-of-pocket cost; 3) notify their insurer that their Amgen medicine has been purchased outside of its prescription plan; and 4) purchase all their Amgen medicine prescriptions during the calendar year using this patient discount coupon program and not use their government insurance.
